By using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Content & Nature
The tools on this site (Pixel Studio, Data Configurator, Audio Lab) are technical aids built on public web standards. We don't provide cracking software, contact official game servers, or distribute copyrighted game assets. All processing happens in your browser â nothing is transmitted externally. Each studio automatically saves your recent action history (up to 20 entries per studio) in your browser's IndexedDB for easy review â this data never leaves your device.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) use the tools to create or distribute content that infringes on others' intellectual property; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the site's code or infrastructure; (c) use automated scripts to scrape or overload the site; (d) misrepresent the source or ownership of any generated data. Violations may result in IP-level access restrictions.
3. User Conduct & Liability
When using these tools to generate pixel templates or modify avatar data, you must comply with your local laws and not infringe on third-party rights. This site is a technical platform only. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages from your use of generated data on third-party platforms â including device failures, account issues, or legal disputes.
4. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer
All original front-end interfaces, UI, and core code are under the MIT License. This is an independent third-party project. Generic technical terms (avatar protocol formats, 85Ã85 grid specs) refer to IP owned by their respective holders. We don't represent any console maker or game publisher.
5. Service Availability
This site is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all browsers and devices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. Static deployment on Cloudflare Pages provides high availability, but we make no uptime warranties.
6. Termination
You may stop using this site at any time â simply close the browser tab. Since we don't collect personal data or require accounts, there's nothing to cancel or delete. Locally stored data (resident roster and history records) can be cleared via the 'Clear All' button or your browser settings.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
8. Right to Modify
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
